An invaluable addition to my daily routine!

I didn't realize how essential this product was until I had it, and now I can't imagine life without it. The sound of the lock engaging as I arrive with groceries and my child is perfect. The support team was incredibly helpful when we faced connectivity issues, which turned out to be related to our internet provider. Highly recommend!

Frustrating experience with product failure and poor support

The smart lock failed just after the warranty period. It never functioned well, but I continued using it due to its cost and having the bridge. Eventually, it stopped working completely. I faced numerous issues during its use, and the customer support was unhelpful. When it broke, they only suggested buying a new one, claiming the newer models work better. I reluctantly purchased another, but encountered connection problems with the bridge. Support informed me that the bridge is now outdated and that I would have to pay extra for remote access. This was not disclosed before my new purchase. Overall, the product has many flaws, and the customer service seems more focused on upselling than assisting customers. I strongly advise against trying this product.

Unfortunate reality reflected in reviews

The other reviews are sadly accurate. My lock stopped functioning and made a crunching sound internally. It clearly needs a warranty replacement, but dealing with support has been frustrating and unproductive.

Expensive and full of issues

This is the only company I've encountered where software updates seem to make the products worse. Their customer support is nearly nonexistent. I would strongly recommend avoiding their overpriced items.

Fantastic product

Excellent products: I've been using both an older version and a newer Ultra model for a year. The installation of the Ultra was challenging, but it has been working well since. No issues to report so far, and the app functions smoothly.

Service is virtually nonexistent

The service is practically nonexistent. The battery pack is no longer charging and is out of stock. The helpdesk has been unhelpful.

Firmware issues: lock stuck in "Unlocking..." state

My lock has been unable to lock remotely since I bought it six months ago. It often gets stuck in the "Unlocking..." state, making it impossible to close remotely through the app. I can manually reset it, but that has become a daily hassle. I've sent numerous emails to support, who keep saying they're working on a fix, but it feels like we're always weeks away from a solution. This is a well-established company; they should have the resources to resolve such fundamental issues. I used to recommend their products, but I no longer can.

Poor support makes ownership frustrating

My lock's battery developed a fault within the two-year warranty. After a month of back-and-forth emails with support, we are still nowhere closer to a resolution or receiving a replacement part. The lock is fine if it works, but the support process feels designed to wear you down until you give up on a legitimate warranty claim.
