My lock has been unable to lock remotely since I bought it six months ago. It often gets stuck in the "Unlocking..." state, making it impossible to close remotely through the app. I can manually reset it, but that has become a daily hassle. I've sent numerous emails to support, who keep saying they're working on a fix, but it feels like we're always weeks away from a solution. This is a well-established company; they should have the resources to resolve such fundamental issues. I used to recommend their products, but I no longer can.
