Today the device lost Bluetooth entirely — battery fully charged — leaving my family and dog locked outside in freezing conditions for four hours. The key cannot be used while the Nuki is installed, so there was no fallback. The only solution was an emergency locksmith costing €116.
Support confirmed they have zero remote access capability and can offer no diagnosis. Their advice: wait for a locksmith.
