Review Time
I ordered a cellulite machine from Nulife Beauty in December 2022 and started using it in late March 2023. However, my machine suddenly stopped working on April 24, 2023. I called NuLife Beauty and spoke to Kathy William; she listened to my complaint and realized that my warranty expired on 4/12/2023 (missed by 12 days). But instead of turning her back on me or discarding my call, she asked that I video the device showing the issue so she could forward it to the tech department. Late that afternoon, I received an email from Kathy stating I would receive a replacement shipped from Amazon. Great customer service.

Update: I did finally receive my lotions in a 3rd pkg after filing a claim with Usps 15 days earlier. The company did come back finally and say they would replace missing products finally following my first review but my product came in following my claim so I notified them right away before they could ship. I have not used the machine itself yet so will do that and update but I now have all of my bundle so have lifted my review from 1 to 3 stars. I still DO NOT agree with getting 3 shipments from various places ( 1 from China) for 1 bundle as it took weeks to get everything to me waiting for different products.There has to be a better way to streamline this process. I am happy they were willing to replace after going bac and forth although I had to jump through several hoops first. Very time consuming. 1 pkg could have potentially eliminated all of this.DO NOT buy from this sham company. I have been fighting to get my bundle of products that I purchased for weeks. Finally I get a pkg with 2 gels. Then after I kept reaching out I am told they are having trouble tracking my actual cavitation machine and will get back with me. Then I get the tracking and see I have something else shipping in from China. When everything was said and done I finally received My machine, and the 2 slimming gels. The other pkg is completely MIA and the NULIFE company told me to check with my local post office. Like really? I did not know I was ordering from China for starters. Then to send everything in 3 shipments instead of together. What a disaster this has been. Now I am just supposed to eat the last products. This company is an absolute nightmare. I cannot even imagine what to do if my machine has an issue.
