Throughout the process of receiving my Pulse Pro I had to reach out to customer service several times and the timely responses were 2nd to none. My questions were answered and my concerns were also handled very professionally from the SaunaBox team.

The product is as good as advertised as well.

I will definitely refer anyone I hear that may be interested in an in home Sauna.

Disappointing Experience with Order and Support

I placed an order for a full spectrum infrared sauna on November 30, 2025, totaling $3,049.49. The website indicated it would ship by December 29, but that did not happen. I reached out to customer support several times (on December 25 and December 29) via email and their website chatbot. Unfortunately, I received no human response, only an automated message stating that the delay was due to high demand, and that tracking would be provided once it shipped. On January 2, I finally got a shipping notification, but the tracking link indicated the sauna was already marked as “delivered,” even though I had not received it. This was particularly alarming considering the sauna weighs about 225 lbs, which typically requires a scheduled delivery or direct contact from the carrier—neither of which occurred. I tried to resolve this issue by reaching out to both the shipping company and the seller through every available method: email, phone, voicemail, and chatbot. The seller only provided automated replies promising a follow-up within 24–72 hours, but no one ever got back to me. There was no way to connect with a live representative. Since the product never arrived and the merchant was entirely unresponsive, I contacted my credit card company. After reviewing the situation, they issued an immediate credit instead of disputing the charge, which I understand usually happens when a merchant has a record of unresolved delivery or service problems. This experience was very troubling for such a significant purchase. Final note: Based on my experience, I would highly advise exercising extreme caution before buying from this seller—especially for large, costly items.

Absolutely love the sauna

I adore the sauna; it has performed beautifully every time I've used it. I previously had a dry sauna from another company that I wouldn't recommend. The steam sauna has proven to be reliable, consistent, and high-performing. I will definitely consider purchasing another if needed. I'm very satisfied with this product and my purchase. Having dealt with various customer service teams in the wellness sector, getting refunds can be tough. However, this service is reasonably priced in that context. I'm still waiting for an $800 refund from another company. I won't buy from them again, but this service has earned my loyalty.

This product is a solid 10 out of 10; it gets extremely hot, almost too hot in the summer. I have it in my garage, but it can be used almost anywhere. Highly recommended!

The InfraRed combo is essential!

I already owned the sauna before the InfraRed light was released. During a recent promotion, I found a great deal on the InfraRed light. As a fan of InfraRed in other uses, I was excited to try it in the sauna. My first session blew me away! The amount I sweated, and my husband too, was incredible—there were puddles on the chair and floor. Staying hydrated was easy during my 20-minute session. I already loved my sauna, but the InfraRed combo took it to another level! I appreciate how user-friendly it is, it doesn't take up much space, and the results are quick.
