I strongly advise everyone to be extremely cautious when dealing with Numan. Despite the fact that I cancelled all of my subscriptions with them two weeks ago, they still charged money from my account without my authorization.
After noticing the charge, I contacted their customer service immediately. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Even though the shipment has not yet arrived and should easily be cancelled, they refused to return my money. Instead of resolving the issue fairly, they insisted on keeping the payment.
From a customer's perspective, this behavior feels highly unprofessional and unacceptable. If a subscription is cancelled, no further payments should be taken. Charging a customer after cancellation and then refusing to refund the money — especially before the product has even been delivered — is extremely concerning.
In my opinion, this practice raises serious questions about their business ethics. Customers should be able to trust that once they cancel a subscription, the company will respect that decision.
Because of this experience, I cannot recommend Numan to anyone. Please be very careful before signing up for any subscription with this company. My experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and it feels very close to a scam.
