I originally subscribed to Numan for Mounjaro at 7.5mg, which was working well for my weight loss. They switched me to Wegovy, at my request and I was placed on the equivelant 1mg dose. When Wegovy proved completely ineffective for me, I requested to switch back to my original Mounjaro 7.5mg dose. They flatly refused and insisted I restart Mounjaro from the beginner 2.5mg dose all over again – despite my prior successful titration and tolerance at higher levels. This rigid policy wasted my time, progress, and money, forcing me to cancel the subscription entirely.
I cancelled the final £129 order before dispatch and received confirmation from Numan, yet they dispatched it anyway and charged me in full – a blatant error breaching their own terms (which allow cancellation pre-dispatch).
Since then, their "customer care" has been obstructive and manipulative: They refuse a simple prepaid postage label for return (standard elsewhere) and insist only on Royal Mail collection.
When I said no one is home all day for collection, I offered to pay £160 to hire someone to wait, if they were willing to reimburse me – they declined.
After my formal demand letter citing UK consumer law and pre-dispatch cancellation rights, they now push me into a drawn-out "complaints procedure" (up to 20 working days/1 month) and offer a pathetic £10 to post it back myself – as if that's fair compensation for their dispatch mistake and inflexibility.
Prescription meds can't be returned/resold anyway (their policy), so tying refund to collection/return is unreasonable when the root issue is their error in dispatching post-cancellation and poor handling of medication switches.
This isn't care – it's poor service, stalling tactics, and disregard for patients who've already built tolerance. I've seen similar complaints from others about ignored cancellations, forced restarts on low doses, and refund battles.
Avoid Numan for weight loss treatments if you value flexibility, honesty, and basic customer respect.
I'll update this review once their "investigation" concludes (or drags on), and if I escalate to chargeback, small claims, or the GPhC. Date of experience: February 2026.
I originally chose Numan because of their excellent reviews, and I’m pleased to say I haven’t been disappointed.
The service has been outstanding from start to finish — always professional, well organised, and with plenty of support available whenever I’ve needed it. Communication has been clear, timely, and reassuring throughout.
Overall, I’m very happy with how everything has worked out using Numan as a service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them based on my experience.
As we all know jabs are expensive. Mine came in a small envelope tiny ice pack that wasn’t iced. I took the first shot and it’s gave me a rash and made me ill. I’ve been taking it for 8 months. No side affects before. With med express. Now my dr has told me not to use this pen. Numan are unhelpful. Offer no refund for a faulty product I will obviously try my bank. See if they can help. But yes. Stick to what you know. Everyone says switch to save money. Well believe me it’s not worth it. Med express are always helpful. And it’s easier to get to talk to someone than these AI bots that sorry don’t understand your question could you phrase it differently. ? UPDATE. I have been contacting them. They will not refund me. Even through I cannot take anymore doses. I find it extremely unhelpful that now I have to pay another over £200 for a new one. Not from them obviously. Think twice before believing all the jargon on Facebook. Yes saves you money for one treatment but not worth it in the end. ( They did nothing. )
Easy to use online, simple website to use, lots on offer and help available. After using introductory price and friend signing up discount, weight loss products are more expensive than other sites

Listen to the customer. Read what they put in their emails. And do not send and charge for stuff that was not ordered. Only contact me again if I will be communicating with a human being.
After having issues with another prescriber I emailed customer care before ordering and was through to Thandeka. They helped answer my questions perfectly and then when I had an issue with my submitted information they helped with this again to get everything approved :)
Amazing customer service
After starting my course of medication numan have been there with me every step of the way and it’s really put me at ease overall.
They have kept me updated on absolutely everything from deliveries of medication, on going blood test and catching up with there doctors to keep track of my progress.
Cannot fault them at all to be honest.
I contacted Numan regarding the cancellation of my subscription and a refund query. Sandile responded promptly and handled the matter professionally. He confirmed the suspension of the subscription and arranged a partial refund quickly, which I appreciated.
