I bought a pair of size 7 wide boots. They felt fine in the store, but I had to drop down two sizes, which was odd. After wearing them for 4 to 5 hours, they became very uncomfortable and my feet kept sliding. When I tried to return them two days later, I was denied a refund due to store policy on worn shoes. It's disappointing to see a business profit at the expense of customers. I’ve decided not to support this company anymore and will advise others to do the same.
