I bought a pair of size 7 wide boots. They felt fine in the store, but I had to drop down two sizes, which was odd. After wearing them for 4 to 5 hours, they became very uncomfortable and my feet kept sliding. When I tried to return them two days later, I was denied a refund due to store policy on worn shoes. It's disappointing to see a business profit at the expense of customers. I’ve decided not to support this company anymore and will advise others to do the same.
I bought a pair of sneakers for $240 but found them on sale. After cleaning them with a product, I accidentally damaged them. Customer service took ages to respond and then stopped communicating altogether. When I finally got a reply, they accused me of misusing the products. I will never shop here again due to their lack of support and understanding.

I would rate them zero stars if I could. The sandals I received were mismatched sizes despite both being labeled the same. Only one fit. They offered a refund but refused to provide a return label, leaving me to cover shipping. The quality was also very poor, and I will avoid this seller in the future.
