I bought a pair of school shoes for my daughter for $69.95 in February, and by July, they were falling apart. I was told it was 'wear and tear.' We also purchased a waterproof spray. I expected these shoes to last a year and be covered under warranty. I'm very disappointed with both the product and customer service.
