If I could give less than one star, I would. I'm appalled. I bought three pairs of school shoes for my son in 2025, and the first pair fell apart within a month. The store refused a refund and replaced them, but the replacements deteriorated quickly. I was accused of swapping shoes at school. After reaching out to customer service, they dismissed my concerns, despite providing receipts. Their lack of accountability is shocking, and their product quality is terrible.
