Terrible experience, purchased shoes online and their system had a glitch and processed them at full price not the discounted one. They admitted it was their fault but said they can’t refund me the difference online and that i had to go all the way into town to take back the shoes and re buy them at the discounted price. How ridiculous Some people aren’t able due to disabilities to get into town and shop online only. (They couldn’t care less when i informed them of this) Definitely not a business that supports their disabled customers.
