If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order on November 2nd and after emailing them numerous times (receiving repeated assurances of a soon dispatch), I had to dispute the charge with my credit card provider. The order has now been cancelled, and I've received my refund. Avoid this fraudulent company!
