Numi Korea is a scam. I placed 2 orders in the beginning of December and as of February 19, 2026 I still Have not received my items. I’ve emailed and was told items will ship shortly, I asked To cancel and they said I was passed the 12 hrs they allow. They refuse to send my items or issue me a refund. They are a disgusting company with even worse customer service.
I placed my order in early October for a Christmas gift, and now it's January with no shipping updates. I reached out to the support team, and they mentioned they are 'busy' due to the holiday season, even though I ordered well before Halloween. It's frustrating because my friend didn't receive a present because of this delay. I strongly advise against purchasing from them!
I wish I could rate this lower. I ordered on November 2nd, and despite multiple emails (all receiving replies about it being dispatched soon), I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The order has finally been cancelled, and I've received my refund. Stay away from this fraudulent service!

Steer clear of this place! I ordered an item on October 5th, and as of December 19th, there’s still no sign of it. This is a scam company with automated customer service. They seem friendly but provide the same unhelpful responses. I was told on December 13th that my order had shipped, but tracking shows only a label was created and it's still waiting to be sent. They mislead you into thinking your order is on the way. Many others on social media report the same issues.

They are scammers! I ordered an item with a promised shipping time of 7 to 14 days. Two weeks later, it was still processing. When I reached out, I received a generic response saying my order was about to ship. Another week passed with no change. This continued until I demanded a refund almost six weeks after ordering. They sent a different generic email claiming I couldn't get a refund because my order was about to ship. I could return it for a refund, but it still hasn't been shipped! I threatened legal action and got another generic response saying it was forwarded to their specialist team. It's been three months, and I had to dispute the payment with my bank. Many others have shared similar experiences online. They have positive reviews elsewhere because you can't review until you confirm receipt of your order, which many never do.
