My initial enquiry was to follow up on an order for a straightening brush. Within a short time, my email was responded by Olivia who was able to quote my order details and shipment ETA. The product arrived within Olivia's predicted time frame. Unfortunately there was an issue with the USB charging port. I sent an email to Olivia and she apologised for the inconvenience, asked me to send a photo and suggested the item would be replaced. Once the photo was received, Olivia promptly emailed to inform the item would be replaced and a tracking number would follow. Olivia also offered me to email if I had any concerns with the replacement delivery time frame.
