I tried to add an item to my order, but it didn’t & it became a second order. I was concerned about the process & increase in price / shipping fees. Erica Brennan got back to me very quickly & explained what had happened. Thankfully, no increase in price, & shipping fees $0.
Rubbish product. They advertise a special to include a leather carry pouch, fail to include it in the order and then send images that don’t match the order page to say that I didn’t add it to cart. Absolute bullshit. Don’t waste your money.
I received an email about part of my order being canceled, sadly. I replied because I looked at my credit card transactions to see if the refund had processed only to see what looked like a double charge for the main item. Taylor responded in less than 24 hours. Her message was very kind and respectful asking me for a screenshot to help look into the issue. Looking at my transactions this morning, I no longer see the duplicate so I emailed back to let her know. Within minutes, another kind, respectful response!! If all of your customer support team is like Taylor, you have secured a loyal customer who will recommend you to all.
My initial enquiry was to follow up on an order for a straightening brush. Within a short time, my email was responded by Olivia who was able to quote my order details and shipment ETA. The product arrived within Olivia's predicted time frame. Unfortunately there was an issue with the USB charging port. I sent an email to Olivia and she apologised for the inconvenience, asked me to send a photo and suggested the item would be replaced. Once the photo was received, Olivia promptly emailed to inform the item would be replaced and a tracking number would follow. Olivia also offered me to email if I had any concerns with the replacement delivery time frame. Communication from Olivia was prompt and efficient and also demonstrated that Numoya stand by their products. Thank you Numoya. Olivia is an asset to your team.
My 1st purchase and the battery life was about 15 minutes . I contacted them and was asked to send a video, which was in my opinion alot of nonsense, however i managed this with uploading to google drive etc . Anyway they agreed it was faulty and sent a replacement . The replacement was no better and when i asked to return both items again they want videos of performance. It doesn't seem to be possible to just return the item for a refund without

Although I have not yet received my order yet the cooperation from the customer support team (especially Ella) has been excellent! I had a minor issue with the order and after emailing them Ella responded, updated my order and sent me a confirming email.I will follow up with a Product review once I receive the unit.

While I have been corresponding with more than just one person, everyone I have spoken to via email has been very courteous and helpful. The response has been quick as well. I have spoken with Erica, Marie, Carol and Ella. All have been very helpful. I have been a problem customer with all my cancellations and mistakes on orders, but all these girls have been very gracious. I appreciate all the help I've been given.
I accidently ordered a second charger on my order form. I immediately emailed Numoya back and heard from Carol. She advised me that she had cancelled the second charger and a credit would be issues in 5-7 days!

I received a very damaged product. See photos. The piece of metal that is supposed to cover the on/off switch as well as I pink button was not secured on the product, exposing the electrical components of the brush. I notified the company & received a very slow response (I’m sure this is purposeful given their 30 day return policy) communicating that I would be responsible for shipping the damaged defective product back to them in Asia. I am required as well to send it via traceable means. I paid $79.00 for a defective brush & now have to pay to return it to Asia because it benefits the company. I was given3 ridiculous options to keep the product (30% refund & suggested I give the defective brush to a family member or friend!) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT & COMPANY!
