I received an email about part of my order being canceled, sadly. I replied because I looked at my credit card transactions to see if the refund had processed only to see what looked like a double charge for the main item. Taylor responded in less than 24 hours. Her message was very kind and respectful asking me for a screenshot to help look into the issue. Looking at my transactions this morning, I no longer see the duplicate so I emailed back to let her know. Within minutes, another kind, respectful response!! If all of your customer support team is like Taylor, you have secured a loyal customer who will recommend you to all.
