It’s concerning to see that many others have experienced the same rude and dismissive attitude from customer service. I have a stroller that has had harness and buckle issues for over six months, covered by a warranty. After sending them clear photos of the problem, which is a design flaw, I was told the buckle might just need cleaning. When I pressed further, I was informed they would need to inspect it, but the timeline was uncertain, and I rely on this stroller for my child. The customer service representative seemed indifferent to my situation and didn’t provide reasonable solutions. I requested information on the complaints procedure but was ignored. I’m waiting for a manager to contact me, but my hopes are not high. It’s disappointing that this brand does not prioritize customer support or solutions.
