Extremely Disappointed with the Brand

I am incredibly disappointed with the brand. Against my better judgment, I chose their product, and it turned out to be a huge mistake! I should have stuck with my reliable choice, especially considering the customer service. I bought the product in 2023, and shortly after, there was a recall requiring new fabric. However, the company refused to replace it with an exact match, even though I paid extra for it. Fast forward, my child was getting into the car seat, and the foam on the headrest completely broke off. The brand claims this is just normal wear and tear, but how is that safe or acceptable? Now, I find myself needing to buy a new, overpriced car seat. This company clearly does not value its customers or the safety of children. Don't be fooled by their appealing designs; a much cheaper option would have performed better. P.S. If the brand ever reads this, they should check online for the numerous complaints from frustrated customers. Many are extremely unhappy with the service!

Disappointing Quality and Overpriced

These items are of poor quality and far too expensive. The stroller lasted only one trip on an airplane before returning with ripped leather and less sturdiness. As for the car seat, it’s ridiculously overpriced, and it’s impossible to reach the buckle without help. I have to rely on my older children to assist me, which is absurd, especially since I have small hands. Basic functionality should not be an issue for such costly products.

Unsatisfactory Customer Service

It’s concerning to see that many others have experienced the same rude and dismissive attitude from customer service. I have a stroller that has had harness and buckle issues for over six months, covered by a warranty. After sending them clear photos of the problem, which is a design flaw, I was told the buckle might just need cleaning. When I pressed further, I was informed they would need to inspect it, but the timeline was uncertain, and I rely on this stroller for my child. The customer service representative seemed indifferent to my situation and didn’t provide reasonable solutions. I requested information on the complaints procedure but was ignored. I’m waiting for a manager to contact me, but my hopes are not high. It’s disappointing that this brand does not prioritize customer support or solutions.

Replacement Parts Hard to Find

I own the bassinet and need a replacement cushion, but it's currently out of stock with no timeline given. The company doesn't allow you to use parts from other brands, which leaves me in a frustrating wait. The bassinet is only usable for a limited time, so if a replacement isn’t provided soon, it will become useless. They should consider offering alternatives or collaborating with other retailers for parts. I reached out to customer service, but they still have no information on when stock will be replenished, which is unacceptable. There are many items out of stock, limiting my use of the bassinet.

Frustrating Stroller Experience

We purchased a stroller about 2.5 years ago, and it has stopped folding. Unfortunately, it is now out of warranty. We chose this stroller for its compact fold, so this is really disappointing. For the price, it should last much longer than two years. It’s frustrating that the brand does not allow reviews on their site, as potential buyers should be warned about this product. Also, it appears they offer longer warranties in other countries, which adds to my disappointment.

Resolved Issue with Stroller Handle

UPDATE: I previously mentioned an issue with the handle of my stroller peeling. A representative reached out, and the problem was resolved. The handle was replaced at no cost. I’m glad the situation was addressed. Thank you!

Disappointing Quality for the Price

We purchased a stroller expecting quality and good service, but after less than six months of light use, the frame is scratched and damaged. When closing the stroller, it bangs together, causing scratches. We use it for walks and only fold it occasionally. I reached out to customer care for advice, but they dismissed my concerns. If the stroller looks this bad after just a few months, I can only imagine how it will fare in a few years! They charge a premium price but provide no aftercare. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. UPDATE: The brand claims this is normal wear and tear. You can't sell an expensive stroller made from delicate materials that easily scratch. This is clearly a design flaw.

The representative from customer service was very helpful when one of the wheels on our stroller broke. They quickly sent out a replacement the same day. Thank you!
