Unfortunately our car was stolen 2 weeks after our baby was born with the Nuna pram and car seat inside. I contacted Nuna to try to rebuy a chassis from them as I still had the stroller and bassinet and was told this was not an option and I would have to rebuy a whole new pram.I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support from Nuna. I have had to pay £660 for a new pram as well as needing to buy a new car seat and fittings etc.If I was aware of the lack of support and opportunity to buy specific spare items I would have opted for a different brand of pram. I had to buy a bundle and additional items to get what I wanted in the first place because they are packaged in such a way that you never get everything you want/ need in its entirety, and now I have had to rebuy a whole pram rendering the new stroller bit useless.Becoming a new parent is expensive enough as it is, without the baby industry monetising at every opportunity. The lack of support here is disgusting.Do better - support parents!!
