We ordered a car seat base as a gift for my sister. We realized about a month later that she did not actually receive it even though FedEx said it was delivered. FedEx indicated I needed to work with Nuna to have them file a claim and reship the item. Nuna refuses because it is more than 7 days since the item was (not) delivered even though FedEx allows the shipper to file a dispute for 6 months. Nuna is suggesting I file a dispute with my credit card company. This is horrible customer service.And before the reps respond that Nuna USA is separate as they have on other reviews... it's not. It's still nunababy.com and trustpilot does not have a separate entry for nunababy/usaEdit: nunababy reached out after this review and tried to resolve the situation. They indicated that even though a claim has 6 months, they have to initiate a trace within 7 days as a precursor. They offered to reship since it was clearly not delivered to the right place. I appreciate the assistance but it shouldn't take a negative review to achieve this outcome.
