Horrible customer service, once they get your $ you are on your own. I reached out to customer service when I received my stroller about how I was disappointed with a stroller with parts seemed faulty and cheaply made. I wanted to see if I could possibly trade it in for a different stroller & pay the difference, but told me to work with the retailer. After 6 months of back and forth Nuna nor retailer could not do anything. After I expressed to Nuna I was disapointed, customer service team responded “we will share this with our team!” Moms- go with other brands!!!
