Lost my post adopters (arra car seat) and couldn't find it anywhere for sale expect on eBay a used one for £59!+delivery so I rang customer service and they informed me that they don't sell parts however if they have they send it to me for free of charge and they did have one.! I was stressing about it for a few days that I managed to lose two sets of adapters in two weeks!- So happy and pleased with the service! Definitely made my day! I was researching what car seat we should upgrade once the arra is too small but now it definitely will be the nuna tres lx, not choosing different brand in case! Thanks again Nuna!
