Stay far far away from this company. Nothing like spending over 800 dollars on a car seat to have the cheap plastic clip that apparently is supposed to hold your child and the seat in place during an accident completely explode into pieces during a simple install. The customer service is atrociously bad. I believe it is actually only one person who works for customer service and she has zero care for her job. She could care less that the seat harness exploded. No care, sympathy, compassion at all.My last interaction with Nuna was and I quote:“As explained, this part is hard to break. If you feel insecure about using the car seat, kindly return to the store and ask for a refund (it will be under their own discretion.)
