We purchased a Nuna Leaf in 2016 for our first born. After my son was around 2 years old we put it in the garage and we've since moved house too. We had a new baby 5 weeks ago. Unfortunately the cover developed some mould and I didn't want to risk incorrectly washing it and not killing all the mould spores. I contact Nuna customer services to enquire about purchasing a new cover. To my amazement they decided to send us a new one at no cost to us. Simply can't ask for better service and this was 4 years after purchase. Amazing company and won't hesitate buying their products and recommending them.
