Second time ordering from them becasue I actually like the ice pod itself and wanted to upgrade. But the customer service is absolutely shocking and I wont order again.Ordered November 7th. Website says 3-5 business days for EU delivery. After 19 days, my account still showed "unfulfilled" with no tracking information on their website.Multiple attempts to contact support over nearly 2 weeks:Chat support: only automated responsesEmail support: only bots promising replies within 24-48 hours that never cameNot a single actual human respondedFinally received tracking info today (but not sure if from Nurecover, it's all in German and doesn't say who it's from), but still no communication from them confirming it's even my order. I cancelled the order before this tracking number came and I'm requesting a chargeback from my bank because of the service. If you're reading the reviews here, wondering if the complaints about support are real. Believe them. The fact that Nurecover doesn't even bother replying to reviews on Trustpilot tells you everything. Compare that to Polar Recovery who at least have the courtesy to respond to their customers. That's not to promote PR becasue I've never purchased from them, just an observation.The product itself is decent, but you can get the same thing elsewhere with actual customer service. Save yourself the stress and go with a company that gives a damn about their customers.
