Terrible support experience.

Terrible support experience. I was meant to receive an ice bath alongside my sauna, but it never arrived. I've sent seven emails without any replies or solutions. The initial email promised a response within 24 to 48 hours, but it's been 11 days with no further communication. Unacceptable—avoid this service.

Initially great, but now frustrating.

When it functioned, it was excellent. However, my steamer has now ceased operating. They sent me a replacement, but it came with an incorrect tube size. I asked for the correct size, yet the wrong one was sent again. Unfortunately, I can't find the right tube to make it usable. Now, it's just collecting dust in my room.

Disappointing Experience with My Order

I ordered a Chiller that was meant to include the tub and TropicPro. While the tub arrived quickly, I waited nearly 3 weeks for the Chiller, and I'm still missing the TropicPro. I've contacted the support team several times but haven't received any response. I cannot recommend ordering from this service.

Great products but delayed delivery and missing items

I would love to give a 5-star rating, but it took an extra 3.5 weeks to receive my order, which was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. Additionally, I'm still missing the water mat and ice tray. However, the sauna and cold plunge are outstanding! I have the pro sauna and absolutely love it; it's a dry sauna that works wonderfully! The cold plunge is also fantastic and connects easily to my existing chiller. Overall, I enjoy everything, but I do think the zipper on the sauna could be improved to a more durable version, as the current one may not withstand years of use.

Horrible company to deal with. They sent me the wrong sauna and I have been asking for weeks to get the one I ordered. They barely respond, with no action and now I am even dealing with AI bots that pose as people. I tried to return the kit (still haven't got everything and have the wrong one) but they charge a 20% restocking fee. Please avoid them like the plague. I was sold by some honest YouTube reviews but I wish I went with my gut about the horrible customer service. They're super pushy and friendly when it's time to sell but once it's time to deliver or respond they're horrible. I do not want any of their products in my home and I want my money back. I have wasted so much time and energy on this and am still in a loss. I will file a Visa chargeback as soon as it's eligible and hopefully be done with them forever. I hope they go out of business and stop scamming people, that's what they are SCAMMERS!!!

Awful company to deal with AVOID

Awful company to deal with. Customer service have stopped replying to emails. Ordered an earthing sheet 30th Oct no sign of it. Tracking hasn’t moved in 27days. I’ve asked for a refund as they said delivered in 14days they are ignoring all contact. DO NOT order from this company it’s a complete scam I just want to update that they have since send an email saying money will be refunded.

Terrible company

Terrible company. my first sauna lasted way below its expected acceptable use period. They sent me another after a below average customer service exchange. This one came with a uk plug and after turning it on for the first time it overheated, destroyed my adapter and then continued to overheat and get dangerously hot the second time I tried it. An electrical fire waiting to happen. I contacted them again and they have been leading me for for the last 6-7 weeks telling me that a replacement has been sent and to just ‘give it till the end of the week’. No tracking link provided as requested and just lie after lie! This company is absolute trash and epitomises a low quality, money grabbing business that’s in it for the short term and will end up bankrupt with their tails between there legs and owing money to hundreds, if not thousands of customers who trusted them to improve their health. I have never left a review for a company before but you deserve every word of this angry review! If anybody reads this, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SNAKES!

They’re a piece of garbage company I bought the pro sauna and ice bath and also the heater the heater hasn’t arrived. It’s been more than three months. I’ve sent more than a dozen requests for help and they continue to blow me off. That company is completely unprofessional and a scam. They do not stand by their product. I wish there was someone in person that you could even talk to they deserve a Virtual punch in the face for taking peoples money and not standing by their warranty or even their delivery. They continually send emails that say let me check into this. I’ll get back to you. This has been going on like I said for three months, I can’t say enough bad things about them. I’m clearly not the only one.

Second time ordering from them becasue I actually like the ice pod itself and wanted to upgrade. But the customer service is absolutely shocking and I wont order again.Ordered November 7th. Website says 3-5 business days for EU delivery. After 19 days, my account still showed "unfulfilled" with no tracking information on their website.Multiple attempts to contact support over nearly 2 weeks:Chat support: only automated responsesEmail support: only bots promising replies within 24-48 hours that never cameNot a single actual human respondedFinally received tracking info today (but not sure if from Nurecover, it's all in German and doesn't say who it's from), but still no communication from them confirming it's even my order. I cancelled the order before this tracking number came and I'm requesting a chargeback from my bank because of the service. If you're reading the reviews here, wondering if the complaints about support are real. Believe them. The fact that Nurecover doesn't even bother replying to reviews on Trustpilot tells you everything. Compare that to Polar Recovery who at least have the courtesy to respond to their customers. That's not to promote PR becasue I've never purchased from them, just an observation.The product itself is decent, but you can get the same thing elsewhere with actual customer service. Save yourself the stress and go with a company that gives a damn about their customers.
