This company is a scam. I bought a sauna from Nurecover, spent 200 dollars to return it because they would not provide a shipping label, and was never refunded. I am out the cost of the sauna PLUS the 200 dollars to return it. I have contacted them multiple times regarding a refund and keep being told that they are expediting the refund. This was in August. Do not buy anything from this company.
