The sauna never got hot. Likely because the tube/piping from the steamer to the unit was missing from my order. I had to makeshift one because when I asked for one to be sent they wanted me to take apart the sauna and take a picture of every single piece. The ice pod was fine but the hose attachment, didn't fit a standard hose (at lease in the US). Customer service was completely unhelpful. Would definitely not recommend because of the quality and the customer service. Huge waste of money
