I have been trying to get in touch with someone to replace and upgrade my sauna and pod that was purchased in August. Didn’t arrive on time and came in separate deliveries and was leaking from day one.. also after two months of use the pungent smell from the sauna , I asked to be upgraded to the largest dual heater sauna and new pod sent out as replacement and was willing to pay price difference… no responses, just waiting for team to communicate with each other to come up with a proper answer probably to void the 90 day warranty period
