I bought my sauna in early October of this year. UPS tracking showed it starting the process of being delivered on October 31. After that, tracking never moved and I reached out to customer service. On multiple occasions since mid October, I have reached out to customer service and I still do not have my sauna, nor any tracking indicating it is on the way. I am very unhappy. With competition as high as it is for portable saunas, this company is not getting good reviews from me. I can’t even get a refund.
