I purchased the dry sauna on October 21, and I received October 23. Once I received the product and turned the heater on it didn’t get hot at all, and one of the “T” pieces that hold the pole was broken. I paid for the warranty as well. I received out to customer service October 26, and have yet to receive anything. I have also requested a refund and have not received that either. They charge you a restocking fee for every piece of the equipment and they all charged a restocking fee for the warranty I purchased which is crazy. How are you “restocking” a warranty? I’ve filed complaints regarding this company because I’ve gotten no where with them. All I get are a bunch of automated emails and responses.
