I ordered the dry sauna package with the ice bath. I contacted customer service before I ordered and said I don't want the ice bath don't send it they said they had to but its no problem returning it when it arrives. I looked on the main web page where it says (free shipping and free returns) now trying to send it back customer service takes days to answer if at all and want me to pay return shipping. Customer service here is horrible to say the least and their web page is Deceitful and misleading. My next step is file a complaint with the BBB. And that a shame cause the sauna does actually work very well when set up right but because of these issues I will never recommend this company to anyone
