My order is incomplete. I’ve messaged through the website and tried to contact but can’t get a response. Two weeks have passed and I’m still getting no responses to my messages. The sauna worked really well but after only two weeks the heater has an error code and won’t work. Again I can’t get a response. If I’m honest I would want to return the lot but can’t get hold of anyone. Really frustrating. Avoid at all cost.
