This has been one of the worst experiences ever on a retail level. And I would never buy from them. I bought my first chiller almost 8 months ago and after waiting over a month, it finally was delivered. Worked for a month, then stopped working, when I emailed to let them know, they did end up sending me a new chiller. FYI< expect at least 5 days for them to respond to any of your emails. SO we get a second chiller about a month later and once again, works for a month, and then it stopped working. Again, more emails, and lo and behold, they send a THIRD chiller. And this one didnt work at all, curious how they'll resolve it this time, Its really been a HUGE disappointment.
