Really bad quality product and not worth the price at all. As someone who really likes ice baths and sauna, this was one of the biggest flops I have ever had. Ice baths price should be max 60€ for that quality - Sauna price should be max 50€ as it does not heat up at all. Apart from that they sent the wrong plug-in so I needed to buy an adapter. Return policy is a scam at all. If I could return I would do it even I only get 10% back
