I love my spa. It came with 2 broken parts. The customer service was excellent. It took some time for the replacements to arrive but they did come!! In the interim I rigged it up and have used it almost daily. I steam and do dry heat with the red light therapy for 20 minutes alternatively and my sleep and skin have both improved greatly. I will say that the frame could be more sturdy, but it works great. Best $$ spent in a while. I'm 77 with lots of stiffness, loving the mobility again!!
