while some of the equipment does have quality, some of the parts are after thoughts and their is no quality control.Cold tub it self is good , so is the chiller. Filter works but its not strong, Connectors are pure shit, Leaky and they come apart by them self. you cant put this unit inside of your home or you will damage your floors and get a moldy home. The Pipes came Kinked inside the box and the kinks can not be undone.The sauna's steamer died before producing any steam. after 6 weeks with customer service i received a new one. this unit has been better and had some nurecover decals atleast. the first one did not. it takes 15-20 minutes to heat up at max settings and doesn't get that hot. Open the door to get in and you have to wait an extra 5 minutes for it to heat up.the worst part of my shopping experience was the customer service. i reccomend other brands to friends and family.
