Free Plunge Pro is too small and unusable for me. 6'1" 270 pounds. To cold plunge, I acquired a 150-gallon livestock trough on Marketplace for under$100. Steam room takes 20 minutes to heat up. If I steam and then cold plunge, the steam room is not hot enough to get me hot again. Maybe 100°. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a ceramic heater. The tracking number hasn't worked for two weeks. I have sent numerous emails to customer service, but only get responses indicating how busy they are. If that heater doesn't show soon, I'm sending the thing back for a refund because steam alone doesn't get hot enough.
