I ordered my products over a month ago and have only received half of what I ordered. I got my sauna which I do like a lot. I ordered the ice pod and chiller and still to this day have not received or have any updates of when I am gonna receive it. I have sent multiple messages to the support and keep just getting automated messages that my order is fulfilled. This is unacceptable. No one will talk to me and I have left my phone number on multiple occasions. So your communication skills could be much better if you’re asking for what can improve your company. Hopefully the person reading this will reach out and tell me where my ice pod and chiller. Hopefully someone has the decency to call a customer that has paid in full for a product that he has not been able to use. My guess is this will go unanswered like the rest of my inquiries.
