Their products are low quality and potentially unsafe (I only discovered this later through YouTube reviews). Their website is full of dark UX tricks designed to push you into buying overpriced, white-labeled products from China.And don’t be fooled by their so-called “100-day return policy.” It’s basically a scam, you have to pay for shipping and restocking fees, so you never get a full refund. Additionally, you cannot properly test the product before returning it, which completely defeats the purpose of having a return policy in the first place.
