Product is so cheaply made its borderline fraudulent. Water leaks through tent bottom no matter what you do, steamer does not get the tent nearly hot enough. Steamer has broken English and unclear instructions, cord on steamer unit gets concerningly hot after minor use and can boil dry while your in the tent and keep heating creating a fire hazard. Zippers barely able to close tent without bending the cheap tab and breaking. Steamer and tent absolutely wreak like plastic chemicals even after multiple uses. After use need to wipe enitre tent of water and it still ends up with water between bottom of tent and the floor it sits on which will cause mould if left uncleaned/dried after every use. Cold plunge pool useless and cheap, mine was leaking first use, right out of the box. May as well throw ice in the bathtub because its easier and more efficient to cleanup with the same effect. Just save your money and get a real sauna. Buyer regret forsure..
