I ordered 23 days ago and my chiller still hasn’t shipped. Their customer service is horrible, they don’t answer for days, then say they will get back to me but never do… I will wait for another week (1 month will have passed) and dispute the charge with my credit card company. I told them I want to cancel or refund if they can’t tell me when it will ship, no answer.
