I was so excited for this sauna only for it to arrive and be flimsy and cheap. The smell is absolutely terrible even aired out outside it smells like plastic and chemicals. The steamer broke within the first week, it was replaced at no cost but still disappointing. When chatting with the company to have the steamer replaced I expressed my dissatisfaction to which they wouldn’t return the sauna or offer any sort of refund, We don’t even use the sauna anymore as sitting in steamy hot smelly plastic feels like it’s worse for our health than not using a sauna at all.
