I cancelled my order immediately after accidentally ordering the items and received a confirmation email that it was cancelled and my refund should appear within a few days. A few days later I received a shipment confirmation saying my product was ready for shipment. I replied to the cancellation confirmation email and told them to not ship it, only to receive a reply that it had already been shipped. I told them to send me a return label and schedule a pickup after it gets delivered because I did not want the product they then emailed me saying to refuse the shipment or take it to a courier and ship it back to them. I replied that I would not be home to refuse delivery because I work, and that I would not be taking it to a courier to ship back, that they need to schedule a return pickup. They refused to do so, forcing me to dispute the charge with Amex. The products are still in my garage awaiting pickup return but I’ll be throwing it out if they don’t pick it up. Terrible customer service, I do NOT recommend giving these scammers any business at all!!
