Placed an order on a Saturday afternoon and after reading some of these reviews decided it would be in my best interest to cancel the order. I emailed them 2 hours after the order was replaced asking for it to be cancelled. I received a response that they can’t cancel it since it has already been processed for delivery, which was a lie. I received part of my order but have yet to receive the chiller or ice bath. When I requested to cancel again and that I’ll send back the partial order, I was told everything has shipped and they couldn’t cancel. Weeks later and nothing, order still says pending shipment. It’s been lie after lie. I’m fine sending it back for my refund, but I can’t even get everything I ordered to send back even though they tell me it’s been shipped.
