Awful experience with this product. The steamer broke four times, and I had to keep requesting replacements. I asked for a refund but was told that since the product had been opened, they couldn’t issue one—even though it was clearly defective. After the fourth steamer broke, I gave up and had to call it a loss. Terrible product and just as bad customer service.
