Once again, I got fooled by a Nurecover product. Last year, I bought the portable steam sauna. When I received it, it didn’t work — the water in the generator wouldn’t boil. I complained about the purchase, and they sent me a new one, nice I appreciate it, which stopped working after two months.I told myself I would never deal with Nurecover again.Fast forward a year later, I see an ad promoting a Sauna Heater that heats the sauna up to 85°C in 5 minutes. Wow, that sounds great — and I’ve always preferred dry saunas over steam. I figured that, with time, they probably perfected technology. So I ordered it, and it cost me $200 just to find out — again — that Nurecover is great at advertising, and that’s about it.I heated up my sauna, and after 20 minutes, it barely reached 66°C. We all know a sauna needs to be between 70°C and 85°C to have any real benefits. In the instruction manual, it clearly states that the temperature range is between 20 and 90. That’s complete nonsense. It’s impossible to go above 68. Even with the button on the controller, when it reaches 70, it drops back down to 20 — as if 70 were the maximum.I’m done. Yet again, I’ve thrown money away for nothingOn top of that, I later read that the Nurecover Sauna Heater releases toxic compounds that are harmful to health. Fantastic.
