Poor quality. Poor customer service.

I have had my sauna for 14 months. I have had to replace the steamer TWICE due to poor quality. The process to replace the steamer unit is a NIGHTMARE. I was asked for a 20 minute video of the steamer not heating up. upload limits prevent sharing this much data through gmail, and other apps. (dumb) It took 3 weeks the first time to get the company to agree to send me a new steamer. After being asked again for a 20 minute video when the second steamer died 4 months later, I bought my own on Amazon. That one has lasted 7 months... More than the two steamers sent by Nurecover combined. The product is cheap. The service is poor. I stopped recommending the unit to friends when the second steamer unit died.
