When I received my chiller, it did not work. The tech team agreed on sending me a new one. This took MONTHS. At some point, I just asked for a refund. Suddenly I was told the replacement would arrive in just a few days. After more than a few days, I contacted support again to check when I would have it. The boy working at that time must have gotten confused somehow, and shipped another one. Long story short, I now have THREE chillers, and NONE of them actually chill the water. The pump works and that's it. The display works on 2, but the chiller just does not do what it's supposed to do. Hundreds of euro's wasted, and a garage that is now filled with chillers that do nothing ... I am surprised you even dare to ask me for my opinion.
